What this website gathers from you, how it uses that information, and what it doesn't do with it. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, your own sense of your health, whether you use tobacco, how much coverage you want, and how long a term. This information gets sent to the carriers' quoting system to generate rates, and it doesn't stay here. We don't collect your name, address, phone, or email to show you quotes. The same quote request twice may be answered from a brief cache to avoid hitting the carriers' system again.

Applying

When you apply, the answers you gave get put into a secure application on the carriers' system, and you continue there under their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), handles all applications.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, optional phone number, how you'd like us to respond, what your message is about, and the message itself. It goes straight to the agency by email, using your email as the reply address. We don't save it here, there's no database, no records of what was said. The form does a quick safety check in your browser before it sends.

Measurement

This site measures page visits using first-party tracking from this domain with no cookies. No cookies or persistent identifiers stored; the first two numbers of your IP are hidden before recording; search terms from referrer links are removed; raw logs erase after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or privacy control headers don't get recorded at all.

What we do not do

We don't buy, sell, or trade personal data. We don't run ad tracking or third-party analytics code. The only outside code on this site is the carriers' application system on the apply page, and it only loads if you go there.
